10Registry Must-Haves with Pottery Barn Kids

Creating the perfect baby registry can be incredibly overwhelming, and if you are like us, then you still end up with items you don’t use. So I have gathered a list of our favorite items that we have used over the last 2.5 years with Zadie Ann. Don’t forget you can registry with PBK’s or use BabyList and link these items as well.

  1. The Uppa Baby Travel System - The strollers system that makes traveling through the airport solo with an infant, SIMPLE. I can guide this stroller with one hand, collapse it and navigate getting it in the car without any help and this was a MAJOR selling point for us. We have used on concrete, dirt, indoor/outdoor and never had any complaints. While Z was tiny we even used the bassinet as her travel sleeper while traveling and we didn’t have to pack a “pack-n-play.”

  2. Motorola Dual Camera Monitors - Find the right baby monitors was super overwhelming for me, and as someone who uses a lot of tech already for work, the idea of keeping up with another device and keeping it charged was A LOT. So, one of the things we looked for was a system that could be used with your phone or monitor, and THIS Motorola system was the winner. I love being able to check on Z while I am not home and how easy it is to set up when we are not home and out traveling. And of course, two cameras are better than one!

  3. Freshly Picked Diaper Bag - There is seriously not another baby item that you will touch more than your diaper bag, so getting one that fits your lifestyle is imperative. This is my second bag from PBK, but by far my favorite. It comes with a diaper changing pad, insulated pockets, and plenty of room for my personal belongings along with all the baby needs. Now as a toddler mom, I don’t mind carrying it as a purse and sliding my laptop in and I’m grateful to not have to carry multiple bags. It is stylish, classic and comes in two colors, black and almond! I have the almond!

  4. Baby Brezza - As someone who spent the vast majority of the first year of being a mom as a “solo-parent” with a deployed spouse, having this baby bottle maker MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I even moved it beside the bed to make night feedings easier. Being able to set the size and temperature really made life easier!

  5. Hatch Rest Sound Machine - I have a couple close girlfriends that I trust to the ends of the earth with parenting advice. My friend Chelsea is one of them, and she came highly recommending the Hatch! Doubling as night light and a noise machine it also had the programmability to help with sleep training = my mind was blown. A necessity for EVERY list!

  6. Inglesina My Time High Chair - this high chair not only is EASILY collapsible, but will grow with them for years. The removable tray makes cleaning a breeze and the reclining positions make for post snack times snoozes and hair washing so easy! It also has a 5 point harness comes in three colors! We have the “Butter” as shown!

  7. Uppa Baby Infant Carrier - My husband did ALLLLLLLL the research so you do not have to on infant carriers. This carrier is not only incredibly highly rated, it is also light and a “SNAP” to click into both the base and the stroller. We have thoroughly enjoyed the whole Uppa Baby System!

  8. BabyBjorn Bouncer Bliss - A bouncer is the “must” every veteran parent will tell you, but I will add that getting a quality one matters. Z started with an inexpensive brand and it snapped as she got bigger. This BabyBjorn brand bouncer is made to grow with the baby and offers comfortable sitting for a busy toddler as they grow. Coming in multiple materials and colors you can find the one that fits your aesthetic and needs!

  9. Shnuggle Baby Bath - I was 100% one of those people that did not see the point in buying a baby bathtub when you could use a sink or the tub. But I quickly learned that for the safety of Z, the comfort of my knees, and simplicity that having a proper baby bath tub was important. I love that this tub could easily be placed on the counter or on the floor to safely bath a baby, and that their heads were always properly well above the water line. You also do not have to use nearly as much water as a traditional bath which is a great benefit as well when you are trying to keep the water nice and warm.

  10. PBK Organic Bedding - As a new parent you become aware of all the harmful chemicals that are in products and you also realize just how sensitive new born baby skin can be. We have LOVED this line from Pottery Barn Kids because it is quality organic and incredibly soft, not to mention you know much I love the classic look of gingham and embroidery. This particular style comes in 4 colors, but as you can see we chose pink!
